The 800B tail gate
is unique in several ways. First, it had the latch mechanism
added in place of the original Scout 80 hooks and chains.
The support mechanism allow the gate to be lowered part way and
supported or all the way down flat. This raised letters were
originally painted white but these are decals I purchased off EBay
that turned out pretty nice.
